Power Cocoon to reduce cost of standalone FPGA solution to under $50.

Work is underway on a low cost Power Cocoon which can provide power to all Spartan 3E Cocoons.

The goal is to bring the cost of a standalone FPGA solution to under $50. The Power Cocoon coupled with the upcoming 2.01 Spartan 3E Cocoon will provide a Butterfly that is low cost and cuts the USB tether for standalone operation.
