In the spirit of fostering more community involvement we created a New Project Staging page were we will stage and work on our upcoming projects. As we work on new projects we will make an announcement on Twitter and in the IRC channel. All work will be staged in SVN in this new project page and we will be actively logged into IRC so that anyone can jump in and follow along or lend a helping hand.
To get things started we have checked in the latest project that we have up and running on the Papilio One. It is called the Papilio Synth project and it is an implementation of the Gatemanpoly/8 project on the Papilio One 250K. This project lets you turn your Papilio One into a full synthesizer that can be played with your MIDI keyboard or instrument! There are many parameters that can be tweaked to get the perfect sound you are looking for with the projects Windows application. We have this up and running on the Papilio One 250K with an Audio Wing and a MIDI Wing. This project is not ready to be released yet, but it is perfect for the staging area while we work on making the MIDI Wing available.
