HOW-TO: Etch your own circuit boards? Easy way to align double sided boards!

Have you struggled with aligning patterns on a double sided board?

Wicked has figured out a SUPER SIMPLE solution to easely etch a double sided board that could save people a lot of effort and time. And he has started a new forum thread to share with us what he came up with:

“Everything I read would work sometimes and still required a bit of finesse to accomplish with average results. After some experimentation, this is what I came up with. Maybe others have figured this out to but maybe I can save some people the headaches of doing it the hard way.”

Wicked’s method is consisting of four steps, he wrote a detailed documentation to explain all those steps and here is the final result after etching and everything lined up:
