While in China I worked with and bonded with a local group of Chinese Makers on a fun project called the Today Toaster. The Today Toaster connects to the Internet and captures the weather for the day and then toasts an image onto your bread to keep you up to date with the days weather.
We had a two day long hack session getting everything together and working and then attended an awe inspiring award ceremony at the People’s Hall, which is like the White House…

I’m currently in Wuhan visiting the LinkSprite corporate offices and am set to get on a train to Shenzhen in a few hours. More to come soon!
